I usually don’t make New Year’s Resolutions anymore for the simple reason that setting and achieving goals has become an innate part of daily life for me. I think that one way or another we each design the life we get by virtue of the dozens of decisions we make every day, rather than a few bold declarations scribbled in panic at the start of a new year. That being said, there is something shiny about a brand new year, something akin to the pristine glimmer of a fresh sheet of white paper.
